These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our official website and any reservations made directly through it. By accessing our site or confirming a booking, you agree to comply with the following terms.

Booking and Reservation Policy

  • All reservations are accepted through our official website and confirmed upon receipt of payment as per the rate plan.
  • Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation. Bookings made on behalf of minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License etc) is mandatory at the time of check-in for all staying guests.
  • Full payment or a specified advance (as stated during booking) is required to confirm your reservation.

Check-in and Check-out Timings

Check-in: 1:00 PM IST
Check-out: 11:00 AM IST
Early check-in or late check-out requests will be considered subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
  • In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be provided.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.

House Rules

To ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following:

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
  • Pets are not allowed, unless pre-approved by the management at the time of booking.
  • No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior is allowed, especially after 10:00 PM unless discussed and approved in advance by the property management.
  • Guests are expected to treat the property and its surroundings with respect. Any damage caused to property will be chargeable.

Liability and Responsibility

  • We are committed to your comfort and safety, but shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings.
  • Guests are advised to lock their rooms and secure valuables.
  • Any intentional or accidental damage to the property or its contents by a guest or their visitors will be charged to the booking guest.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform any of our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural calamities, government actions, or power outages.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal data collected during booking is used solely for reservation and communication purposes. We do not share guest data with third parties unless legally required to do so.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon publication.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nainital, Uttarakhand.
